Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via secure payment providers. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We do not store full payment card details. Transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders that have been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the chosen courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for pharmaceutical products.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and patient safety regulations.
Dispensed medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left our premises. Refunds will only be considered in cases of error on our part or where goods arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you have a concern about your order.
